Meet The Team
Adrian Lachance
President
Adrian is the original founder of Bear Drilling and the former COO of Trinidad Drilling. He has experience in US and international operations, rig design, manufacturing, and corporate business development. Adrian has over 40 years in the energy sector.
Rob Folk
VP Product Integration
Rob has 49 years of experience in the oil and gas industry all around the world. His experience includes 17 years as a rig manager before transitioning to designing rigs, top drives, drawworks, centrifugal pumps, moving systems, high-sub catwalks, electric frac systems, ball launchers, and much more. He holds many patented technologies within the oilfield.
Ryan Milne
Controller
Ryan's experience consists of working in industry with three years in healthcare sector before currently serving as the controller for Electric Horsepower and a similar role in multiple start-ups. Ryan also serves as treasurer for a local non-profit organization.
Kyle Folk
Project Manager
Kyle has a valuable expertise in design and manufacturing. His experience moving from a technician to designer combined with his technical skills and hobby in 3D printing has equipped him with the tools needed to ensure project success. He recently graduated with a Bachelor of Technology Degree.
Raymond Shu
Lead Drafter
Raymond has many years of experience as a drafter. His extensive knowledge of different programs, procedures, and manufacturing techniques has given him the knowledge to conceive many conceptual and real designs. He often creates his own inventions in his free time that requires mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
